What you're buying

A custom necklace made individually from the drawing you upload: Forever Line ($54.95) or Forever Color ($69.95), with optional back engraving (+$9.95) and US shipping ($9). Prices are in US dollars. Finish and chain length don't change the price. One necklace per order.

Your artwork

You confirm you have the right to use the drawing you send. Each piece is made by hand from a photo, so small differences from the original drawing are normal — that's part of its character. Before production our studio reviews a design proof; if a photo can't be made well we'll ask for a better one.

Timing

Your keepsake is custom made to order, with care given to every detail of your drawing. Please allow approximately 3–6+ weeks for production and delivery after proof approval, plus time for artwork review and proof preparation. Holidays can add delays. These are estimates, not guarantees. We don't guarantee arrival by any date, including holidays.

Payment

You pay in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. We never see your card details. We never add extra charges without asking you first.

Cancellations, returns and problems

See our returns & cancellations and shipping policies. In short: cancel for a full refund before production; custom pieces can't be returned for a change of mind; if something arrives damaged, faulty, wrong or never arrives, we'll remake, replace or refund it.
