Production & shipping

How long it takes

Production takes about 7–15 working days after the proof is approved, and USPS delivery about 7–15 working days more — roughly 14–30 working days (generally 3–6+ weeks) from proof approval, plus time for artwork review and proofs. Holidays can add delays. These are estimates, not guarantees.

The clock starts once our studio approves the design proof. Before that, we review the artwork and may ask for a clearer photo; any delay there moves everything back.

Where we ship

United States only, by USPS. Shipping is $9 per order (one necklace per order for now).

Holidays

Holiday periods add delays. Any Christmas date we mention is a target, never a guarantee — it depends on a usable photo, quick proof approval and our maker's capacity.

If we can't ship on time

If we can't ship your order within the estimate we gave, we'll tell you before that time passes, give you a revised shipping date, and let you choose: agree to the delay, or cancel and receive a full refund promptly for anything not yet shipped. This applies to custom orders too. If we can't give a revised date, or you don't reply to agree to a delay, we'll cancel and refund in full.

Tracking

We'll email your USPS tracking number when your keepsake ships.
