Cancelling before production

You can cancel any time before your necklace goes into production. Email hello@foreverimagined.com with your reference and we'll refund your payment to the original card.

Complexity quotes

If our maker says a drawing is unusually complex and quotes an extra fee, we'll contact you first. We never charge it automatically. If it isn't acceptable, you can cancel for a full refund before production.

After production

Because each piece is custom, we generally can't accept returns for a change of mind once it has been made.

Something wrong?

If your necklace arrives damaged or faulty, is the wrong item, or is lost in delivery, please email hello@foreverimagined.com with your reference and photos where possible. We'll put it right with a remake, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Your artwork

We keep the character of your child's drawing. If a photo isn't clear enough to make, we'll ask for a better one rather than redraw it.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
